Ingredients
  

  • 250 g ribeye burgers ready-made
  • 15 g butter for cooking
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g brined olives
  • 2 slices cheese toast cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter melts, place the ribeye burgers in the pan and cook to your preferred doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium).
  3. In the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each burger and let it melt.
  4. Remove the burgers from the pan and let them rest.
  5. Using the same pan, crack in the eggs and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, or fully cooked).
  6. Serve the cheeseburgers and eggs on a plate with a side of brined olives.
  7. Enjoy immediatelly.
