Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
- Once the butter melts, place the ribeye burgers in the pan and cook to your preferred doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium).
- In the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each burger and let it melt.
- Remove the burgers from the pan and let them rest.
- Using the same pan, crack in the eggs and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, or fully cooked).
- Serve the cheeseburgers and eggs on a plate with a side of brined olives.
- Enjoy immediatelly.
